The inner pre-ceramic paper and/or cardboard structure (3, 4) in the composite is connected on the upper and/or lower face over the entire surface to at least one further pre-ceramic paper- and/or cardboard structure (1, 2) and the inner pre-ceramic paper- and/or cardboard structure (3, 4) has a plurality of surface cut-outs (5, 6).
