Zusammenfassung:	A microorganism number-measuring apparatus includes: measurement container (1) including measurement liquid (2); rotary driver (16); bacteria-collection signal generator (4); measurement signal generator (5); output amplifier (7) for amplifying outputs of signal generators (4) and (5); I/V amplifier (8); impedance measuring unit (10) for measuring impedance of liquid (2); microorganism number-computing unit (13) for computing the number of microorganisms present in liquid (2); solution conductivity-computing unit (14) for computing conductivity of liquid (2); and warm-up section (22) for warming up at least one of I/V amplifier (8) and output amplifier (7). Warm-up section (22) computes a warm-up signal based on the conductivity computed by conductivity-computing unit (14). Warm-up section (22) computes the warm-up signal having a current the same in magnitude as that flowing through measurement electrode (3) by using the measured solution conductivity, and applies the signal to at least one of I/V amplifier (8) and output amplifier (7).
