Zusammenfassung:The circuit has an upstream duct (7) for collecting liquid (5) in hydraulic communication with a downstream duct (9) for discharging the liquid to an outer side of the circuit. A monitoring device (13) includes alarm units concerning a quantity of liquid (24) captured by a retaining unit (15). A chamber (16) is arranged to receive a spillway (22) of the liquid leading to the retaining unit formed by a container (21) external to a monitoring pipe (14) and fitted with an indicator unit (23) for visually indicating alarm information about the quantity of liquid in the retaining unit. The downstream duct is a drainage duct for runoff water and in exclusive hydraulic communication with a monitoring appliance.
