Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a method for producing and purifying recombinant proteins in plants, by means of producing transgenic plants expressing the recombinant proteins fused with starch granule-associated proteins through a sequence recognized by a protease. This method allows purifying the protein by means of simple steps of homogenizing, centrifuging and treating with protease. Likewise, the invention relates to the vectors, hosts, cells and plants used in said method.
