Zusammenfassung:The structure has a current controller (4) receiving deviation of actual current (i-ist) of a motor (M) from set point current (i-nom) and outputting a set point voltage for operating the motor. Damping signals (v-FF, a-FF) counteract unwanted, low-frequency vibration, and damping signals of different phase angle are derived from a single sensor signal (x-ist), where one of the damping signals is sent between a position controller (2) and a speed controller (3). Another damping signal is sent between the speed controller and current controller.
