Zusammenfassung:	A cutting device (1) with chip guide includes a cutting tool (2), a chip guide unit (3) having defined therein a hole-shaped chip guiding channel (5), which has an inlet (6) and an outlet (7) defined respectively in the vicinity of an area of contact of the cutting tool (2) with a workpiece (W) and at a location remote from the workpiece (W), and a forced discharge fluid medium supply unit (20) to supply a fluid medium from a location partway of the chip guiding channel (5) towards the outlet (7). The forced discharge fluid medium supply unit (20) has a fluid supply port (15) defined in an inner wall surface of the chip guiding channel (5) so as to open towards the outlet (7) in a fashion tilted relative to a longitudinal axis of such guiding channel (5). This fluid supply port (15) is of a shape opening in the inner wall surface of the chip guiding channel (5) over an entire range of circumference thereof.
