Zusammenfassung:A computer system (150) communicates with sensors and mobile devices in a measurement campaign under a given campaign constraint. Sensors (112, 115) to participate in measuring a particular phenomenon (1) are identified. Mobile devices (121, 122, 123, 125, 127, 129) are coupled (10) to the computer system (150) by a telecommunication network (141, 142, 143, 145, 147, 149). The computer system sends (20) participation requests (160) to the mobile devices (121, 122, 123, 125, 127, 129). The requests (160) include an indication of the phenomenon (1) to be measured. Sensors (111, 112, 115, 117, 119) that fit to the phenomenon are connected (30) to the mobile devices. Pairs (111/121, 112/122, 115/125, 117/127, 119/129) of sensors and mobile devices are obtained. A subset of the pairs (111/121, 112/122, 115/125) is registered (40) with the computer system. Capability data (CAPA) is exchanged (50) between the registered pairs (111/121, 112/122, 115/125) and the computer system. The data relates to the capability of the registered pairs to participate in the measurement under the given constraint (101). Registered pairs (112/122, 115/125) for that the capability data comply with the given constraint (101) are selected (60) for participating in the campaign.
