Zusammenfassung:Connecting apparatus (1) for electrical conductors (16), with a body (2) with an interior (3) and an insertion opening (4) for inserting the electrical conductor (16) in an insertion direction (6) into the interior (3); a spring unit (10), which is arranged in the interior (3), for clamping and making contact with the electrical conductor (16); and an actuating device (7) for releasing the spring unit (10) from a clamping position, wherein the spring unit (10) has at least two spring sections, of which at least one is in the form of a clamping spring (11).
