Zusammenfassung:	The method involves passing a radio beacon (8) and receiving request message which includes start location and stop location from radio beacon through initial dedicated short range communications (DSRC) (7) radio communication. Determination is made, if position of on-board unit (3) is within predetermined range of start and stop locations and recording of measurement data is started and stopped. The recorded measurement data is transmitted to next radio beacon passed by on-board unit along the way through final DSRC radio communication.
