Zusammenfassung:Pressure-sensitive adhesive mass comprises expanded microballoons, where the adhesive strength of the adhesive mass containing the expanded microballoons in comparison to the adhesive strength of an adhesive mass having identical weight per unit area and composition, which is defoamed by the disintegration of the cavities resulted from the expanded microballoons, is reduced to 30%, preferably 10%. Independent claims are included for: (1) a procedure for the production of the pressure-sensitive adhesive, comprising either: mixing the components for the formation of the adhesive such as polymers, resins or fillers in a first mixing unit, providing the mixed, preferably homogeneous adhesive mass from the first mixing unit into a second mixing unit, in which the not expanded microballoons are removed, expanding the microballoons in the second mixing unit, shaping the adhesive mixture with the expanded microballoons in a shaping unit to form a layer and optionally introducing the adhesive mixture with the expanded microballoons on a sheet-like substrate; or mixing the components for the formation of the adhesive such as polymers, resins or fillers with not expanded microballoons in a first mixing unit under positive pressure and tempering at a temperature below the expansion temperature of the microballoons, providing the mixed, preferably homogeneous adhesive from the first mixing unit into a second mixing unit and heating under positive pressure to expansion temperature, expanding the microballoons in the second aggregate, shaping the adhesive mixture with the expanded microballoons in a roller spreading unit to a layer and optionally introducing the adhesive mixture with the expanded microballoons on a sheet-like carrier or release material; or mixing the components for the formation of the adhesive such as polymers, resins or fillers and the not expanded microballoons in a first mixing unit and heating under positive pressure to expansion temperature, expanding the microballoons during removal from the mixing unit, shaping the adhesive mixture with the expanded microballoons in a roller spreading unit to a layer and optionally introducing the adhesive mixture with the expanded microballoons on a sheet-like carrier or release material; and (2) an adhesive mass, preferably self adhesive mass, obtained by the above method.
