Pressure sensor through which a fluid flows and fluid delivery device with same

The sensor (1) has a channel (4) arranged in housing upper and lower parts (2, 3), and conveying fluid from an input section (5) to an output section (6). A pressure transducer (7) i.e. piezoelectric pressure transducer, is embedded in the parts or a microchip. The transducer outputs an electrical signal, which is proportional to a pressure of the fluid passing through the channel. An elastomer (8) i.e. perfluoro elastomer, and a grouting material (9) e.g. silicone, are arranged between the channel and the transducer for transferring the pressure of the fluid to the transducer. An independent claim is also included for a conveyor device.
