Zusammenfassung:There is provided a system and method for obtaining data corresponding to a physical property of interest from a three-dimensional (3D) earth model. An exemplary method comprises defining a region of interest in the 3D earth model via at least one functional descriptor. The exemplary method also comprises extracting data corresponding to the physical property of interest where the region of interest and the 3D earth model overlap.
