The hole has diffuser (19) on the upper surface. The recesses are longitudinally formed at the upper surface. The recesses represent a closed line around the hole. Durch die Verwendung von Vertiefungen in einer Schicht werden Abplatzungen innerhalb der Interfaces durch die Schichten vermieden.
