Zusammenfassung: | Composition comprises (a) 25-65 vol.% of a sinterable ceramic powder or a mixture of a ceramic and a metal powder, and (b) 35-75 vol.% of a mixture of (b1) 20-35 wt.% of a polyolefin wax with e.g. a drop point of 104-117[deg] C, (b2) 1-12 wt.% of a polyolefin with a thickness of 0.915-0.935 g/cm 3>and a melting point of 100-145[deg] C, (b3) 5-15 wt.% of a polyvinyl-butyral resin with a melting point of 135-210[deg] C, (b4) 40-60 wt.% of PEG with an weight average molecular weight of 3500-20000 g/mole and (b5) 1-10 wt.% of a 10-24C-fatty acid, as binder. Composition comprises (a) 25-65 vol.% of a sinterable ceramic powder or a mixture of a ceramic and a metal powder, and (b) 35-75 vol.% of a mixture of (b1) 20-35 wt.% of a polyolefin wax with a drop point of 104-117[deg] C, an acid number of 16-27 mg potassium hydroxide/g, a saponification value of 0-95 mg potassium hydroxide/g, a thickness of 0.91-0.97 g/cm 3>and a viscosity of 100-700 mPa.s at 140[deg] C, (b2) 1-12 wt.% of a polyolefin with a thickness of 0.915-0.935 g/cm 3>and a melting point of 100-145[deg] C, (b3) 5-15 wt.% of a polyvinyl-butyral resin with a melting point of 135-210[deg] C, (b4) 40-60 wt.% of PEG with an weight average molecular weight of 3500-20000 g/mole and (b5) 1-10 wt.% of a 10-24C-fatty acid, as binder. An independent claim is included for preparing the composition comprising mixing of the components (b1)-(b4) at 110-160[deg] C and subsequently mixing the obtained mixture with (b5) and (a).
