METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR MANAGING NETWORK TOPOLOGIES IN HOME NETWORKS

The present invention relates to a method and a system for managing network topologies in home networks. Said invention is integrated in an execution environment available in at least one device in a home network and has at least one interface publication service. The invention comprises a network topology management module (3), a local device management module (9), a data management module (7) comprising a network topology database storing the home network topology, at least one device type network topology management module (4, 5, 6), a notification module (8) and at least one protocol adapter (10, 11, 12).
