The drivers 130, 140 of the pair of the drive blocks 200, 210 make reciprocating movements in opposite phases relative to each other. With respect to an axis of moments attributable to the reciprocating movements of the drivers 130, 140, the balance adjusting portions 220 (230) and the drivers 130 (140) in the respective drive blocks 200 (210) are positioned opposite to each other so as to suppress the moments.
