Zusammenfassung:	The converter (10) has an insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) module (14) whose bottom side points toward a circuit board (12). A heat uncoupling surface of the module includes right angle with a main extension plane of the circuit board. A metallic cooling body (20) is provided with a heat coupling surface (24) that is pressed against the heat uncoupling surface by a screw (30). The screw on a side of the cooling body extends from a recess in the cooling body into another recess at the module and is screwed into an internal thread that is formed in or behind the latter recess. An independent claim is also included for a set comprising a housing.
