Zusammenfassung:	The assembly has a tibial phantom of a tibial implant adapted for attachment to tibia (T) of a patient. An aiming guide is set into an instrumentation element through a talus (A) and a calcaneus (C) of the patient along an axis for implanting a talo-calcaneal anchoring keel. The tibial phantom and the aiming guide are mechanically connected with each other to restrict movement of the tibial phantom and the aiming guide relative to each other along vertical and medio-lateral directions, where the aiming guide is guided in placement of the instrumentation element. An independent claim is also included for a surgical method for positioning an ankle prosthesis.
