The invention relates to unitary pharmaceutical oral dosage forms of the active substances lercanidipine and enalapril, as well the pharmacologically acceptable salts thereof, characterized in that the pharmaceutical oral dosage form comprise separate entities of lercanidipine or its pharmaceutically acceptable salts and enalapril or its pharmaceutically acceptable salts.
