The mobile terminal (100) comprises a camera (121) configured to receive an input of a video externally, a memory (160) configured to buffer the inputted video by a predetermined time unit, a user input unit (130) configured to receive an input of a recording command signal for the inputted video, and a controller (180), if receiving the input of the recording command signal, configured to control to record the video from an input point of the recording command signal by including the video from a random point in a time interval corresponding to the video buffered up to the input point of the recording command signal. Application focuses on features around te buffering; e.g. representing points in time in the buffer interval by photographs; trigger buffering when detecting a certain object or place.
