Rapid detection tool and kit for premature rupture of fetal membrane using ICAM-1 as marker

The present invention provides a rapid detection tool for premature rupture of fetal membrane taking inter-cellular adhesion molecule 1 (ICAM-1) as detection index, which comprises: a lining (1), a water absorbing pad (2), a nitrocellulose membrane (5), a gold-labeled pad (6) and a sample pad (7), said water absorbing pad (2), nitrocellulose membrane (5), gold-labeled pad (6) and sample pad (7) are orderly connected from the top to the bottom and bound to the lining(1), and the gold-labeled pad (6) is partly covered by the sample pad (7). A detection line (4) formed by the enveloping of sheep anti-human ICAM-1 polyclonal antibody and a control line (3) formed by the enveloping of sheep anti-mouse immunoglobulin G polyclonal antibody are disposed on the nitrocellulose membrane (5), wherein the detection line (4) is located below the control line (3). The gold-labeled pad (6) is water absorbing fibers enveloped with a gold-labeled mouse anti-human ICAM-1 monoclonal antibody conjugate. The present invention also provides a rapid detection kit for premature rupture of fetal membrane taking ICAM-1 as detection index.
