The present application provides a tip shroud assembly (100) for use with a turbine engine (10). The tip shroud assembly (100) may include a shroud (110), a seal rail (170) positioned on the shroud (110), and a contoured fillet (190) attaching the seal rail (170) to the shroud (110).
