Zusammenfassung: | The method involves directly arranging each of a set of conditioning tubes in a conditioning unit (6) that is placed in a cooling enclosure (9), by placing the tubes in the conditioning unit. A flow of coolant e.g. nitrogen gas, is allowed to traverse the cooling enclosure while rotating the conditioning unit, where the conditioning unit is rotated by moving each conditioning tube relative to the conditioning unit and relative to the other conditioning tubes. The conditioning unit is provided with a capacity larger than that of the conditioning tubes. An independent claim is also included for a system for freezing a set of conditioning tubes, where each tube is filled with a predetermined volume of biological substance. |
