Zusammenfassung:	The heater (1) has a housing comprising an inlet (Z) for entering of a medium i.e. fluid, into the housing, and a discharge unit (A) for discharging the medium from the housing and walls (4a-4d), where the walls of the housing defines a closed inner space. An elongated heat source (2) is arranged in the inner space of the housing. The walls of the housing and the heat sources define a medium channel in the inner space along the medium to be heated when the medium flows from the inlet to the discharge unit. The heat source is formed by an electrical heated tube.
