Zusammenfassung: | A gene panel comprising genes regulated in mammalian skin in response to generation of a radio frequency current in a tissue volume of the mammalian skin sufficient to heat the tissue volume to a treatment temperature, wherein at least one gene is selected from Table 1 or Table 2 and at least one gene is selected from Table 3. Further there is a method for providing a benefit to mammalian skin, the benefit comprising inducing collagen formation and/or dermal remodeling in a dermal layer of the mammalian skin in the absence of a skin-damaging inflammatory cytokine response, the method comprising generating a radio frequency current in a tissue volume of the mammalian skin for a treatment cycle sufficient to heat the tissue volume to a treatment temperature while avoiding an upregulation in expression of genes listed in Table 3. |
