Zusammenfassung:A latch valve comprises an inflow path (110) and an outflow path (116) formed in a housing (127); a solenoid (SL) having a coil wound thereon; a permanent magnet (M) positioned at an upper portion of a plunger (112) and latching the plunger (122) when the plunger (122) is lifted; a spring (125) positioned between the permanent magnet (M) and the plunger (122); a support body (121) having an inlet (111) connected to the inflow path (110) and an outlet (114) connected to the outflow path (116); and a diaphragm (120) having the support body (121) inserted therein. The plunger (122) is lifted or lowered by a magnetic force induced by the coil to open and close the outlet (114). An additional outflow path (117) constantly communicating with a space part (130) formed in the housing (127) between the support body (121) and the plunger (122) is provided to allow a flow to be generated in the additional outflow path (117) even when the plunger (122) is closed. The additional outflow path (117) is formed in the housing (127) surrounding the plunger (122). A stopper (132) is formed in the space part (130) of the latch valve in order to prevent the support body (121) from lifting by more than a certain degree.
