Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a clutch for a transmission comprising a switching cam, a switching element, and a spring element. The switching element can be moved back and forth by the rotation of the switching cam about the rotational axis of the switching cam between at least two switching positions against or with a spring force of the spring element that acts on the switching element. The switching cam has two switching surfaces. The switching surfaces interact with the switching element in such a way that the spring force acting on the switching element assumes a local minimum depending on the rotational angle of the rotation in each switching position.
