Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to an ultrasonic probe and provides the ultrasonic probe in which acoustic matching layers are formed on both sides of a piezoelectric ceramic capable of simultaneously increasing the signal strength of ultrasonic waves and improving the waveform characteristics of the ultrasonic waves. According to the present invention, a rear-side acoustic matching layer is formed in the upper part of a rear-side block. The piezoelectric ceramic is formed in the upper part of the rear-side acoustic matching layer. A front-side acoustic matching layer is formed in the upper part of the piezoelectric ceramic. Further, an acoustic lens is formed in the upper part of the front-side acoustic matching layer. Particularly, since the rear-side acoustic matching layer reflects, toward the acoustic lens, the ultrasonic waves which are propagated to the rear-side block, the signal strength of the ultrasonic waves is increased and an unwanted reflection is removed from the rear-side acoustic matching layer, thereby improving even the waveform characteristics of the ultrasonic waves unlike a structure, which generally makes a big acoustic impedance difference of the piezoelectric ceramic thereby resulting in a large reflected signal. At this point, it is possible to form at least one or more front-side and rear-side acoustic matching layers. |
