The organic and/or inorganic bonding agent matrix is permeable to water vapor. The adsorbent particles with a mean size of 0.1-5.0 mm, are of silica gels and/or aluminosilicates with a micro-pore structure with pore sizes of 2-25 and particularly 2-10 Å.
