Zusammenfassung:	The device (1) has a distal end head (8) that partially cuts a connection interface between a prosthesis (20) and a bone material in an implantation site, while being attached to the prosthesis. The head is adapted to be attached to the prosthesis by a bayonet connection centered on a proximal-distal axis (X-X). The head includes three elongated elements extending parallel to the proximal-distal axis, where each element includes a free distal cutting edge and a free longitudinal cutting edge provided with a bayonet notch for mechanically engaging a dedicated portion (24) of the prosthesis. An independent claim is also included for a surgical assembly.
