Improved rinsing station for tunnel dishwashers, and a method for controlling such a rinsing station

A rinsing station (21) for tunnel (100) dishwashers, said rinsing station (21) comprising rinsing spray nozzles (27) connected to a network for supplying net water (103), a pre-rinsing tank (30) for collecting a pre-rinsing solution connected to pre-rinsing spray nozzles (27'), said pre-rinsing solution comprising the net water (103) used in the rinsing phase of the preceding cycle and the substances removed from the rinsed dishes, so that the pre-rinsing phase of the following cycle takes place through the use of rinsing water used in the preceding cycle, characterised in that it comprises a control unit (102) connected on one side to sensors (101) for measuring the characteristics of said pre-rinsing solution contained in said pre-rinsing tank (30) and on the other side connected to actuator means (104) for controlling the delivery of net water (103) to said spray nozzles (27) during the rinsing phase according to the values measured by said sensors (101).
