Zusammenfassung:	A fuel dispensing system includes an RFID reader attached to a fuel nozzle, which is adapted to wirelessly communicate with an RFID transponder and a controller adapted to: (a) initiate dispensing of fuel in response to at least two of the following initiation conditions: (i) an authorized customer; (ii) an authorized vehicle; (iii) an authorized fuel tank; and (iv) an authorized fuel; and (b) terminate dispensing of fuel upon a first occurrence of at least one of the following termination conditions: (i) interruption of communication between the RFID reader and the RFID transponder; (ii) filling to maximum capacity of the tank; (iii) complete depletion of authorized funds; and (iv) filling to a preset limit. A method of conducting a fuel dispensing transaction is also described.
