Zusammenfassung: | The device (100) has reception units to receive signals representing voltages of low voltage phase conductors (A-C) of a low-voltage outgoing line (15). An obtaining unit (110) obtains signals representing phase voltages (VA-VC) from the received voltage signals. A determination unit (122) determines a symmetrical component of a reverse voltage (Vi) of the outgoing line. A comparison unit (126) compares the reverse voltage with a triggering threshold. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a system for detecting a resistive fault in a medium-voltage network (2) a method for detecting a resistive earth fault in a medium-voltage network (3) method for detecting and locating a resistive earth fault in a medium-voltage network. |
