The disclosed lip cosmetic is characterised by containing (a) 5-20% by mass of polyglyceryl isostearate having 4-10 moles of glyceryin and 1-4 isostearic acid residues, and (b) 20-70% by mass of a combination of (b1) 20-70% by mass of methyl phenyl silicone and (b2) 0-45% by mass of pentaerythritol ester.
