Cosmetic composition comprising polymer comprising direct crosslinks

A composition comprising polymer P x , wherein polymer P x comprises a moiety of formula selected from the group consisting of: Formula 1, Formula 2 and a combination of Formula 1 and Formula 2: wherein R x comprises a group according to Formula 3: wherein R y and R z are, independently, any suitable atom or moiety; and R i is an electron-withdrawing functional group; and wherein polymer P x comprises at least one direct crosslink, wherein the direct crosslink is a direct covalent bond between the C ± of the polymer P x and a second C ± of a polymer P x , and wherein said direct crosslink comprises no intermediary atom.
