Zusammenfassung:	The punching device has two punching units (1a,1b) that are provided along movement direction (A) of sheet material (17). Each punching unit comprises two punching tools (2,2') which work together with a drivable counter-pressure cylinder (5). The punching tools are fixed along longitudinal axis (3a) of drive shaft (3) in different working positions. A punched tape is detachably fixed on periphery of each punching tool. The drive shaft is driven independently with respect to counter-pressure cylinder.
