Zusammenfassung:Pharmaceutical composition comprises an active agent metformin or its salt in combination with an active agent sitagliptin or vildagliptin or their salt, and a lubricant (more than 10 wt.%, based on the total weight of the composition). The lubricant is polyethylene glycol or a mixture of polyethylene glycol with at least one of the other lubricant. An independent claim is also included for preparing the pharmaceutical composition, comprising mixing the active agents with the lubricant, optionally mixing with other auxiliary materials and optionally compressing the resulting mixture into tablets after sieving and/or granulating.
