Zusammenfassung:The present application provides a touch-sensing display panel (100) comprising a display panel (110) and a touch-sensing device (120) disposed above the display panel (110). The touch-sensing device (120) comprises a plurality of select lines (SL), a plurality of readout lines (RL) and a plurality of capacitive touch-sensing units (122) arranged in array. Each of the capacitive touch-sensing units (122) comprises a transistor (122a) and a touch-sensing pad (122b), each of the transistors (122a) comprises a gate electrode (G) electrically connected to one of the select lines (SL), a source electrode (S) electrically connected to a reference voltage (Vref), a drain electrode (D) electrically connected to one of the readout lines (RL), and a channel layer (CH) electrically coupled to the touch-sensing pad (122b).
