Zusammenfassung:	The device (20) has a tie rod (21) provided with rod head (22,23) for placement on the machine frame (50). A tension element (24) is provided for absorbing tensile forces between the rod heads. The tension element is extended along a tension distance (25) of the tie rod. One of the two rod heads is provided with reversing device (26) used for reversing the direction for the tension element. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) machine frame; and (2) pressing and drawing device.
