Zusammenfassung:	The exhaust gas treatment device (1) has a holder (3) fixed on a support (4) of the motor vehicle (5), a component housing (2), and a housing wall (6). One holder (8) is extended parallel to the housing wall extending inner leg (9). An outer leg (10) is projected outwardly from the housing wall. The housing wall is formed with a passage opening (7) through which the outer leg is projected. The inner leg in the interior (11) of the component housing is made to rest flat on the housing wall.
