Zusammenfassung:	A pod (10) and an infusion group (20) for preparing beverages, wherein the pod (10) comprises a beaker-shaped body (11) made of an impermeable material and exhibits a mouth, the mouth being delimited by a perimetral flange (110) which projects outwardly; a substance (12) for preparing the beverage which is contained inside the beaker-shaped body (11); a membrane (13) made of an impermeable material which is applied on the perimetral flange (110) in such a way as to close the mouth of the beaker-shaped body (11); and a stiff spacer ring (14) which is attached to the beaker-shaped body (11), is arranged in contact with the perimetral flange (110) on an opposite side thereof with respect to the closing membrane (13), and is removably attached to the beaker-shaped body (11).
