Zusammenfassung:	Provided is a door control device for vehicles wherein the reliability of the control for opening and closing the door on a vehicle side can be maintained and improved. The door control device (100) for rail cars according to the present invention is constituted of a DC motor (400) that drives the opening and closing of the door; a drive unit (300) that drives the DC motor (400); and a control unit (200) that outputs a motor drive signal to the drive unit (300). The motor drive signal output from the control unit (200) is programmed so as to only be able to output a motor drive signal that matches a motor drive signal input into the drive unit (300) when the door is driven to close.
