Zusammenfassung:	A combination of a propellant-containing hair treatment agent and a dispenser suitable therefor makes it possible to produce VOC-reduced hair sprays having strong hold, wherein the propellant-containing hair treatment agent, relative to the weight thereof, comprises at least 5 wt.% of a terpolymer made of N-butylacrylamide, ethylacrylate and acrylic acid, having a K-value of at least 35 (measured based on DIN EN ISO 1628-1 at 20°C, 1013.25 mbar in 1 wt.-% solution of the polymer in ethanol), at least 10 wt.% of one or more protic solvents and 5 to 60 wt.% propellant, and wherein the dispenser comprises a valve having a valve opening, which is designed as a taper bore and the diameter of which is a maximum of 0.4 mm and the depth of which is a maximum of 0.3 mm, wherein the valve contains a throttle having a maximum inside diameter of 0.3 mm and no side bore ("gas phase bore").
