Zusammenfassung:	Composition in the form of a free flowing granules or a chewable tablet comprises at least one phosphate-binding substance and at least one effervescent agent comprising a carbonate and a solid, organic, edible acid or its acid salt, where the composition is administered orally without the addition of water. Independent claims are included for: (1) a stick pack containing 0.5-4 g of the composition; and (2) a composition in the form of a non-tableted granules containing at least one effervescent agent, and calcium acetate and magnesium carbonate in a weight ratio of 1:1-4:1. ACTIVITY : Nephrotropic; Metabolic. MECHANISM OF ACTION : None given. Die Erfindung betrifft eine pharmazeutische Zusammensetzung in Form eines rieselfähigen Granulats oder einer Kautablette enthaltend mindestens eine phosphatbindende Substanz und mindestens ein Brausemittel. Die Zusammensetzung kann oral ohne den Zusatz von Wasser appliziert werden.
