The invention proposes that the adjusting unit (18; 18a) have at least one first prism (22; 22a) which, by means of the supporting means (20; 20a) is mounted such that it can be moved in order to adjust an image (24; 24a) of the object to be measured (14; 14a) with the reference mark (16; 16a).
