Zusammenfassung:	A fat blend comprises alpha-linolenic acid, conjugated linoleic acid and oleic acid. The fat blend comprises: (i) greater than 3 % by weight alpha-linolenic acid; (ii) greater than 12 % by weight conjugated linoleic acid; and (iii) greater than 20 % by weight oleic acid, the percentages being based on the total weight of C16 to C20 fatty acids in the blend. The fat blend may be used for increasing the levels of docosahexaenoic acid in the blood of a subject after oral consumption.
