The enterprise call center system comprises an access platform, a database system module and a processor module, wherein, the processor module is used to receive request information proposed by a calling user sent by a mobile communication terminal registered in the enterprise call center system, search for matched content corresponding to the request information in the database system module, and inform the calling user of the matched content, a call request of the calling user being received by the access platform. By using the scheme provided by the invention, the number of operators can be greatly increased, and the mobility performance of mobile communication terminals are merged together, and product competitiveness of the mobile is enhanced. |
