Zusammenfassung:	The mold (F) has mold portions (1,2,4) among which mold portions (1,2) have carrier shells (6,8) that are supported by mold carrier (T). An adjustable locking device (V) is provided for locking closed blow mold and for supporting mold portions against forces from blow molding process. The locking device has locking sleeve (17) comprising high strength fiber material (27) with conical inner wall (18) connected to conical outer surface areas (9) of carrier shells. The locking sleeve is pushed, so that mold portions (1,2) latching over full height of mold cavity (7) is supported.
