Consumed coolant is discharged in a form of melting water from the refrigerant storage unit. The free flowing ice is in a form of ice cube, where length of an edge of the ice cube is of 5-10mm. Temperature of the free flowing ice is more than minus 2 degree Celsius. The refrigerant storage unit is filled with a mixture of the free flowing ice and ice water, where the ice water cools walls of the refrigerant storage unit. An independent claim is also included for a food transport vehicle comprising a lockable receiving space.
