Zusammenfassung:The duct joint is mounted on a ventilator that contains an air blower. The duct joint to which a supply-air or exhaust-air duct is connected includes an air passage unit through which a supply airflow or an exhaust airflow can pass from the ventilator, and a thermal insulating unit that is laid on the air passage unit to cover the circumference of the air passage unit. A supporting mechanism is provided in the air passage unit to hold the thermal insulating unit. The supporting mechanism includes a protrusion formed in the air passage unit and an engaging unit that is bendable with respect to the air passage unit. The engaging unit is, when it is bent, engaged with the protrusion so that the thermal insulating unit is sandwiched and held between the engaging unit and the air passage unit.
